Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cancellation policy?There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 48 hours or more before service, any deposit can be applied to one rescheduled appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled for a second time, a new deposit is required. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time then the customer account will be charged 50% of the service cost. You can reschedule an appointment one time. If you reschedule for a second time, the full amount will be charged in order to reschedule again. You cannot reschedule a third time. A new deposit is required. No shows result in 100% of the service cost being charged to the customer account. If the payment for late fees against the account on file is declined, then the customer is disallowed from future bookings.
Is there hair in stock?Yes but not all types are available. Please contact us to confirm. We stock limited quantity of wefts, tape-ins and I-tips of raw virgin hair and sometimes carry braiding hair. Typically for braids we ask the client to bring their own because of the diverse styles, make sure that the braiding hair is prestretched. We can also help source wigs but do not carry them in stock.
Where are you located?We are located at 1010 SE 96th Ave Portland, OR 97216, between Target and Fixoid at Mall 205.
Do you have future classes planned?Yes, there will be other courses that teach the same technique as well as courses on a varitety of other hairstyles including: tape-ins, braids, wigs installs, twists, locs, crochets and more. Stay tuned for our upcoming classes.
